We are among those producing the highest quality aluminum plate, coil and sheet in the industry, and operate one of the world's largest aluminum rolling mills (Ravenswood, WV).

In March 1955, ground was broken on a 2600 acre site in a beautiful bend along the Ohio River. Three years and $300 million later, Ravenswood Operations was up and running, combining reduction and fabrication plants on a single site. The facility, built by Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation, would grow to encompass 104 acres under one roof.

In the fall of 2005, the fabrication plant became known as Alcan Rolled Products - Ravenswood. Today, over 1000 people are employed at the Ravenswood plant. With most of ARP's current business being serviced within North America, a growing portion of our customers are located beyond North America. Every year our products are making a bigger impact on industries throughout the world. Alcan as a whole employs 69,000 in 470 manufacturing and sales facilities in 56 countries.
